What can I do for you?

Over the past 15 years, Erica has been teaching and coaching about the life-changing value of laughter and play. We know kiddos love to play, heck it is how they learn!

So why do we as adults stop playing?

It’s okay, I help adults get back into experiencing the lightness and power of play through laughter and positive psychology.

Through laughter yoga classes, one to one coaching, and group work, I help people find the fun in their life again, while activating creativity, flow states, and emotional regulation so they can reach their goals and experience more joy.

Who needs a Laughter Coach?

Laughter clients include people throughout the world, laughter is a truly connected experience.

Parents, caregivers, employees, employers, students, grandparents, people who like hats, people who don’t like hats, honestly, laughter helps us all.

And the people who benefit most from laughter and playfulness are the ones who think it might help.

We may have played easily as kids, yet as adults, there are soooo many social rules about laughing.

Plus, people often confuse “play” with “lack of seriousness.” Which is simply not true. Honestly, play means doing something for the enjoyment of it. That is all.

And that is powerful.

So who needs a laughter coach?

People who are:

  • feeling sad, angry, disconnected
  • looking to feel more creative
  • unhappy with the way life feels right now
  • excited to enhance their daily life
  • want to feel a stronger connection to those around them (virtually and in person)
  • working a job they love
  • working a job they hate
  • taking care of another and could use some lightness to their day
  • encouraged yet unsure of where to start or the next step to take
